Founder Nicola Gelling, a former Norland Nanny, has extensive international experience. Initially working in UHNW residences for many years, before launching Aristique (household staff & family office recruitment) in 2008.  She has lived and worked in the UK, Middle East, USA, Hong Kong, Ireland and visited many other countries when traveling with the families she worked for.

Trained at the prestigious Norland College, she worked as a Nanny in the UK and internationally, caring for children from newborns to teenagers. She spent several years in the Middle East working for the late King Hussein and Queen Noor of Jordan.

Nicola possesses a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise that is appreciated and valued by her clients and candidates. She is a skilled private residence staffing recruiter with an extensive global network of contacts.  As a former Norland Nanny her standards are high and she expects the same from the childcare professionals she chooses to work with.

The last few years has seen an increase in families requesting trained, qualified and experienced candidates who are also career professionals.
