Daily After School & Holiday Nanny/Manny, Notting Hill. £50,000

Monday – Friday, term time 2:00pm to 7:00pm.  School holidays 8:30am to 7:00pm

Busy family seeking Nanny/Manny for care of a 12 yr old boy. There are 2 older children, one of whom is an adult. The role is to provide high-quality childcare and maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Parents are busy, high profile working professionals, and a willingness to be flexible if needed is essential as there could be occasional emergency babysitting or last minute requests.

Key responsibilities

• All daily care, activities, play dates
• Assist with educational development both term and school holidays – homework and school projects support and supervision, deadlines noted and me
• Support with school runs, though he usually travels to/from school with older sibling
• Order school supplies, uniforms, clothing, books etc. name and lab
• Assist with directing routine, manage weekly schedules, ensure school events and activities planned for
• Schedule, coordinate and take to appointments and activities
• Monitor weekly school email and update children’s diaries
• Organise clothes/kits for school, sports etc.
• Organise play dates, outings, activities to socialize, educate and engage during term time and school holidays
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Assist with organising birthday presents/cards forfriends
• Occasional need to assist Housekeeper by keeping bedroom tidy and organised, change bed linens, light laundry, including occasional laundry for older sibling
• Keep parents updated on schedule, well-being and progress
• Contribute to smooth running of home, assist with admin tasks and errands before child returns from school
• Assist with packing and unpacking for travel
• Travel with family for special occasions as needed
